While we strive for perfection in every dress and accessory, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with your happiness in mind, ensuring a process that’s as graceful and stress-free as your wedding should be.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the personal nature of bridal wear, custom-made dresses, altered items, and “Brides” category final sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. We want to ensure every bride receives a perfect, untouched gown for her walk down the aisle.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email Us: Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the unworn, unaltered item(s) with all tags attached in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
