Shipping Policy
We are thrilled to serve brides across the globe (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Once your order is placed, our team gets to work with love and precision.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. During peak seasons, this may occasionally take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be utterly blissful with your purchase. If something isn’t quite perfect, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Returned in their original packaging.
Please Note: To preserve the magic and integrity of bridal wear, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items due to their personal nature:
- All custom-made dresses.
- Any altered items.
- All final sale pieces from our “Brides” category.
This ensures every bride receives a pristine, untouched gown for her walk down the aisle.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please follow these graceful steps:
- Email Us: Within the 15-day window, please contact our caring customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and details about the item.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the unworn, unaltered item(s) with all tags attached in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address below. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. If you requested an exchange for a different size or color, we will process it subject to availability and ship the new item to you. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
