Custom-Made Items

Custom-made dresses are created specifically for you based on your measurements and specifications. Due to their personal nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship to most regions worldwide except Asia and certain remote areas. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within our service areas.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. While we provide estimated delivery timelines, these are not guaranteed as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely blissful with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns on:

• Altered items
• Final sale pieces from our “Brides” category

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Securely pack the item with all tags attached in original packaging
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and RMA number

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
